Be Trained Sessions (i.e. your PT sessions) are by prearranged appointment only (Sessions times are generally available before and after work Monday to Thursday, excl public holidays)

As a BeTrained member, your gym access for workouts will be: 

4:30 am until 10:30 pm 7 Days a Week!
