Included in your BeTrained membership are regular weekly 30 minute personal training sessions.

Be Active Fitness Gym is a full service gym open 4:30am-10:30pm 7 days, providing a complete range:
Weights (single pin machines, free weight, cables, etc)
Cardio equipment (treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, rowing & boxing bags, etc),
Functional equipment (huge 13 station cross funtional rig, TRX, bungee, etc).

Your BeTrained program includes regular FREE professional body composition analysis! Using the latest BIA equipment we will record your success (accurate muscle mass and body fat calculations, etc) throughout your program.
Our equipment allows us to provide INDEPENDENT and ACCURATE expert analysis of the changes your body is going through - helping us choose the quickest path to your goal!
FREE BODY FAT TESING
We have expert staff qualified in natural and nutritional medicine.
They can help you balance your diet, letting you achieve your goals quicker.
Our nutritional expert can consult with you regarding your dietetic history and ascertain any health or weight problems you may be experiencing due to poor eating habits.
